Refund policy

Every product we create is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that all details, sizes, colors, and specifications are correct before placing your order. If you have any questions or need clarification prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us at support@pitbullparts.com for assistance.


1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • We take great care in crafting and shipping your order.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pitbullparts.com with photos and your order details.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense.
  • We will review the claim upon receipt of the returned item and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Because each order is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or specifications provided by the customer
  • Customization errors not caused by us

3. SHIPPING & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY

  • All products are shipped from Portugal.
  • Orders outside the EU are shipped under Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place).
    • You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country.
    • If you refuse to pay these fees and your package is returned, no refund will be provided.

4. BUYER-RELATED DELIVERY ISSUES

  • No refund will be issued in the following cases:
    • The shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be delivered.
    • The package is unclaimed, refused, or not collected from the carrier.
    • The package is returned to us due to buyer error or failure to comply with delivery requirements.
