1. SHIPPING ORIGIN

All products are shipped from Portugal.

2. SHIPPING FEES & ESTIMATES

  • Shipping fees are calculated per destination and product weight/size at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, or events outside our control.

3. SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU

  • Orders shipped within the European Union are considered intra-EU sales.
  • No customs duties apply, but VAT may vary depending on your location.

4. SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • Orders outside the EU are shipped under Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place).
  • You, the buyer, are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country.
  • If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned or not delivered, no refund will be provided.

5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • No refund will be issued if:
    • The address is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be delivered.
    • The package is unclaimed or refused at delivery.
    • The package is returned to us due to buyer error.

6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pitbullparts.com with photos and order details.
  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution where appropriate.
